The Public Lecture by Professor Granger, the Nobel Laureate in Economics in 2003, was held on 16 May 2007 as one of the activities to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Hong Kong Statistical Society. The event was jointly organized with the Department of Applied Mathematics and the School of Accounting and Finance of the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong.
